Tavi and the Rainbow Mender

A nine-slide pre-rendered Flow™ about repairing a cracked rainbow after a storm.

Scene 1 of 9

Tavi stepped into the rain-bright street and saw the village rainbow cracked across the sky. Colors dripped from it like paint from a wet brush. Everyone looked worried, but Tavi noticed something hopeful: even broken colors still glowed when the sun touched them.

Scene 2 of 9

From a puddle climbed Rill, a tiny rainbow salamander with dim fins and brave eyes. Rill pointed its nose toward the broken arch, then sneezed a sparkle of blue. Tavi understood at once. The rainbow did not need one hero showing off. It needed a helper who could mix colors with care.

Scene 3 of 9

Tavi filled little glass bottles with red from a rose, yellow from a lamp, blue from a puddle, and green from a leaf. Rill guarded each bottle like treasure. The colors were beautiful alone, but they hummed louder whenever Tavi lined them up side by side.

Scene 4 of 9

The hill to the rainbow was slippery, and the wind kept tugging at Tavi's sleeves. Rill slipped twice and shook rain from its fins. They kept going anyway, laughing a little each time they had to start again. Some repairs begin with muddy boots and not giving up.

Scene 5 of 9

At the top of the hill, Tavi dipped a brush into the first bottle and painted a line of light across the crack. The stripe trembled, then held. Rill's fins brightened. One color could not fix everything, but one careful color could prove the rainbow wanted to heal.

Scene 6 of 9

A gust burst over the hill and scattered color drops into the air. Tavi wanted to chase every sparkle at once, but Rill pressed a tiny foot on the brush handle. They waited. The wind softened, and the colors drifted back slowly, as if patience had become a net.

Scene 7 of 9

Friends from the village climbed up with warm lanterns. Each person held a light under one color while Tavi and Rill painted. Suddenly the repair was not too big. It was nine small jobs shared by many steady hands, and the cracked rainbow began to sing.

Scene 8 of 9

Tavi saved the brightest drop for last. When the final stripe touched the sky, the rainbow clicked into place with a sound like a gentle bell. Rill spun in a puddle, fins blazing again. The village below cheered, but Tavi looked first at the friends who had helped.

Scene 9 of 9

Rain still sparkled on the stones when the village gathered under the mended rainbow. Tavi held the empty bottles, each one shining with a memory of teamwork. The rainbow was brighter than before because it carried everyone's color, everyone's patience, and everyone's care.
